These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dendrites AI platform and website operated by Dendrites Technologies Co ("Dendrites AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Dendrites AI provides an AI-powered service desk platform that delivers intelligent automation through email, text chat, and voice channels. Our platform includes AI classification, conversational agents, voice agents with avatars, a RAG knowledge base, and governance controls for enterprise service delivery.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Certain features of the platform require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
All content, features, functionality, and technology of the Dendrites AI platform are owned by Dendrites Technologies Co and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any platform content without prior written consent.
Data you submit to the platform remains your property. You grant Dendrites AI a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dendrites Technologies Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We strive to maintain high availability of our platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to active clients in advance.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases, and we will make your data available for export for 30 days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
